Training Manager – UAE National Talent

About the role

The Training Manager (UAE National Talent) will design, develop, deliver and administer training programmes that enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance, supporting Dubai Holding Real Estate’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training intervention programmes aligned with the talent‑management strategy.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Plan the annual training calendar and coordinate internal and external training delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars and awareness sessions for employees and leaders.
• Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions and ensure content relevance.
• Manage the training budget, allocating resources effectively across the organisation.
• Identify and partner with external training providers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in training design and delivery.
• Proven experience in needs assessment, curriculum development and budget management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with staff at all levels.
