Training Officer (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Training Officer who is an UAE national to support crew training governance. The role ensures that all training programmes comply with national and international aviation regulations while enhancing reporting and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance of crew training programmes with aviation regulations.
• Develop and implement training processes, workflows, and data‑analysis tools.
• Monitor and report training data to ensure transparency and effective governance.
• Address audit findings, resolve non‑conformities, and prepare documentation for regulatory authorities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for training operations.
• Collaborate with Crew Training stakeholders and follow through on projects assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Safety Management, Training Management, Compliance Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in training or compliance, preferably within the aviation industry.
• UAE national eligibility.
