Training & Quality Executive

About the role

Careem is seeking a proactive Training & Quality Executive to bridge quality assurance and partner capability building within its Partner Onboarding team. In this hybrid role you will use audit insights to continuously improve onboarding programs, training materials and partner performance on the Careem app.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver onboarding programs and refresher training for new and existing partners, maintaining up‑to‑date SOPs, training decks and job aids.
• Conduct regular quality checks on partner catalog data (menus, pricing, visuals, promotions) and score performance using defined quality scorecards.
• Identify root causes and process bottlenecks, provide actionable feedback and track key quality metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Translate audit findings into immediate updates of training content, ensuring a closed‑loop improvement cycle.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners to gather updated menus, imagery and campaign materials, and manage customer escalations to maintain high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong background in training delivery, quality assurance or partner management, preferably in quick‑commerce, food‑delivery or e‑commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex processes to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities to spot trends, perform root‑cause analysis and measure impact.
• High attention to detail and experience working with metrics, scorecards and performance dashboards.
• Customer‑first attitude and experience handling partner or customer escalations.
