Transformation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Transformation Specialist to support our client’s business transformation and digitalisation initiatives within the construction sector in Dubai. The role focuses on analysing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and coordinating technology‑driven projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive business transformation and digitalisation programmes.
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements and work closely with technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation of change management and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in transformation, digital transformation, business process improvement or project management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Currently residing in the UAE and eligible to work locally.
