Transformation Specialist

About the role

Unify group is looking for senior Transformation Specialists to support advisory engagements across shared services such as HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Legal. The position is a consultancy framework call‑off agreement, ideal for professionals with extensive experience in operating model design, organisational restructuring and business process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) for shared‑service functions.
• Lead organisational design and restructuring initiatives, including role and governance optimisation.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation and digital enablement.
• Review and optimise business processes, service catalogues, SLAs and governance frameworks.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement and adoption planning.
• Advise senior stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives and operating‑model improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, transformation advisory or senior transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in Target Operating Model design, organisational design, shared‑services transformation and business process optimisation.
• Experience across one or more shared‑service functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal) and a consulting or advisory background.
• UAE/GCC experience advantageous.
