Travel Consultant – AI Chatbot Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Travel Consultant to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress and creating new conversation scenarios to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to assess linguistic accuracy.
• Design and write novel conversation scripts that teach bots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and overall quality.
• Provide detailed feedback and report on model performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
