Travel Consultant - Sales (Visa & Ticketing)

About the role

A growing travel company in the UAE is looking for an experienced, target-driven Travel Consultant with strong expertise in Global Visa or UAE Visa processing. The role covers end-to-end visa and ticketing work, turning inquiries into sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Global Visa, UAE Visa and air ticketing from inquiry through to completion
• Process visas for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, GCC and more
• Prepare competitive quotations and convert leads into confirmed sales
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Upsell hotels, insurance, transfers and holiday packages
• Deliver excellent customer service that generates repeat business

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in the UAE travel industry (preferred)
• Strong practical knowledge of Global Visa, UAE Visa and international ticketing
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven and comfortable working under pressure
