Treasury Front Office Consultant – Dubai (relocation friendly)

About the role

We are launching a project to upgrade our client’s Treasury applications and are seeking an experienced Treasury Front Office Consultant to join the team in Dubai. The role involves providing critical support to trading floors and ensuring smooth operation of treasury systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support to traders and control groups on the trading floor.
• Assist traders and middle‑office users with daily issues such as P&L mismatches, position discrepancies, and market data problems.
• Configure curves, static data, securities, generators, indices, currencies, vol surfaces, portfolios, user groups and access rights within Murex.
• Develop and modify pre‑trade rules, lookup tables, simulation views, e‑tradepad strategies and Live Book views.
• Execute patch and version upgrades, testing to reconcile P&L, Greeks and prevent regressions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and change management groups.
• Maintain documentation and deliverables in line with defined standards.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of front‑office support experience, with a total experience ceiling of 15+ years.
• Expertise in at least two derivative domains (e.g., IR vanilla & exotic, FX, Equity, Commodity, Structured Products, Credit).
• Strong understanding of derivative product lifecycles and capital markets processes.
• Senior‑level analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
