Treasury Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing funding, cash, banking relationships and project finance across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Support funding requirements with local, regional and international banks.
• Collaborate with advisors, lead arrangers and Export Credit Agencies on financing.
• Manage bank facilities, debt drawdowns, repayments and financial covenants.
• Oversee daily cash positions, cash‑flow forecasting and bank balances.
• Streamline banking operations, account openings and signatory requirements.
• Evaluate excess‑cash investment opportunities.
• Monitor project payments and coordinate with internal teams across multiple countries.
• Support financial risk management including FX, interest‑rate and commodity exposure.
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, forecasts and new investment opportunities.
• Maintain strong banking relationships and prepare treasury reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA, ACT or CFA a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance or corporate banking in the GCC, preferably UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project finance, debt structuring, trade finance and capital markets.
• Experience in real‑estate or construction finance is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and communication skills.
