About the role
The Treasury Officer will manage daily treasury operations, monitor cash and bank balances, process banking transactions and ensure accurate recording of cash movements. The role supports the Finance Department in maintaining liquidity control and timely payment processing.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor daily cash and bank balance reports, highlighting significant movements.
- Verify and allocate customer payments in the ERP system, ensuring invoices are closed.
- Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations, investigate variances and maintain accurate reports.
- Process approved bank transfers and cash payments, maintaining supporting documentation.
- Manage supplier and customer cheques, monitor due dates and ensure timely deposits.
- Prepare treasury reports, support month‑end closing and assist with audit documentation.
