Treasury Specialist GCC

About the role

As a Treasury Specialist for the GCC region, you will support Henkel’s cash, liquidity and treasury operations across the Gulf markets. You will work closely with internal teams and banking partners to ensure financial stability, regulatory compliance and effective cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily cash management and treasury transactions for GCC markets.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity planning activities.
• Monitor bank account balances, maintain treasury records and documentation.
• Track foreign‑exchange exposures and interest‑rate movements.
• Prepare treasury and liquidity reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders on treasury matters.
• Assist with investment tracking, treasury system maintenance, internal audits and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting or banking.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic GCC environment and support audit and regulatory projects.
