Turnover & Completion Administrator (GoTechnology)

About the role

The Turnover & Completion Administrator supports the Turnover & Completions (T&C) team on large oil‑and‑gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. Working with GoTechnology systems, the role ensures that all project hand‑over documentation meets ADNOC standards and is ready for commissioning and final client acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Turnover & Completion database using Go‑Completes, Go‑Track or similar tools.
• Coordinate preparation, tracking and close‑out of Mechanical Completion dossiers and System Completion Certificates.
• Monitor progress, generate status reports and manage punch‑list categories (A/B/C) until system hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate records of Inspection Test Records, redline mark‑ups, as‑built drawings and vendor documents.
• Support preparation and submission of hand‑over dossiers to the client and assist in audits and system walk‑downs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Turnover & Completions on Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC.
• Proven experience with GoTechnology systems (Go‑Completes, Go‑Track, Go‑Commissioning).
• Immediate availability or short notice period is advantageous.

Required skills

• GoTechnology system administration (Go‑Completes, Go‑Track, Go‑Commissioning).
• Mechanical Completion, Pre‑commissioning and Commissioning processes.
• Inspection Test Records (ITR) and punch‑list management.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Document management systems and data‑accuracy focus.
