Uniform Control Attendant – Resort Operations

About the role

The Uniform Control Attendant will join the Uniform Control team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a luxury resort under construction on Al Marjan Island. The role ensures that employee uniforms are issued, maintained, and stored efficiently, supporting smooth back‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and receive uniforms using the automated conveyor system.
• Inspect, label, and tag garments for accurate tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in storage and distribution areas.
• Assist with uniform fittings under supervisor guidance.
• Support inventory checks, count stock, and report damages or discrepancies.
• Assist tailors and seamstresses with basic garment handling tasks.
• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and confidentiality protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in uniform control, laundry, or housekeeping is an advantage.
• Physical fitness to handle uniform stock and perform inventory tasks.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Operation of uniform conveyor systems.
• Use of RFID tracking tools (training provided).
• Basic inventory management using computer systems.
