Uniform Room Team Leader – One&Only One Za'abeel

About the role

As the Uniform Room Team Leader at One&Only One Za'abeel, you will ensure that every colleague’s uniform is pristine, functional, and aligned with brand standards. You will support the Laundry Manager and Assistant Laundry Manager in maintaining high‑quality uniform handling for all hotel staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain uniform room standards, equipment, chemicals, and fabric handling procedures.
• Provide spotless, well‑maintained uniforms to all hotel colleagues.
• Conduct regular quality training for uniform and laundry staff.
• Perform spot checks to guarantee consistent standards.
• Sort and prepare uniforms before sending them to the laundry.
• Track uniform inventory for onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Liaise with uniform suppliers, verify deliveries, and monitor fabric quality.
• Recommend fabric or process improvements to extend uniform lifespan.
• Assist the Laundry Manager and Assistant in daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months experience in uniform or laundry operations.
• Thorough knowledge of One&Only operating standards and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
• Professional attitude and willingness to take initiative.
