Uniform Standards Coordinator

About the role

The Uniform Standards Coordinator assists customers by providing clear information, guidance and service, including delivery, dispatch of items and cash handling in line with company policies. The role ensures the showroom operates smoothly, maintains a tidy environment and supports customers throughout their purchase and alteration process.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the showroom, keeping the workplace safe, tidy and ready for display items.
• Manage the main reception desk: receive payments, issue receipts, track cash and credit transactions, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Secure and control cash, negotiable items, passwords and keys, balancing the cash drawer daily.
• Assist customers with purchases, alterations, laundry, and item deliveries, taking measurements and communicating with manufacturers.
• Maintain a database of uniform orders and alterations in Excel, and pack items for dispatch to hubs or stations.
• Act as the focal point for suppliers and vendors for pick‑up and drop‑off of products and packages.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality, well‑groomed appearance and positive attitude.
• Dynamic, physically fit and able to move frequently; age not above 30 years.
• 1‑3 years of customer service experience with reliable cash handling.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to organise tasks, manage time effectively and work well in a team.
