US Broker – Dubai

About the role

The US Broker will execute trading instructions for ADIB Securities clients on the ADX and DFM exchanges, while driving sales growth through proactive client engagement. The role requires strong compliance focus and the ability to build long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth investors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute client orders on ADX and DFM in line with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking and digital channels.
• Conduct client meetings to assess financial goals, risk appetite and concerns.
• Enforce ADIB and ADIB Securities policies, including AML/CTF and KYC procedures.
• Monitor market trends, analyze portfolios and recommend strategic trading actions.
• Represent ADIB at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and mentor junior brokers, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.
• Mandatory SCA‑licensed broker.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in equity trading, portfolio management and client‑facing roles.
• Fluent English; Arabic desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon and investment databases.
• Deep knowledge of UAE/GCC financial markets and margin trading regulations.
