UX/UI Designer for Digital Experiences

About the role

The UX/UI Designer will shape intelligent, high‑impact digital experiences across Etihad’s web and mobile platforms, embedding AI throughout the customer lifecycle. This role drives revenue growth, customer engagement and operational efficiency through human‑centered, data‑driven design.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute experience strategy and design vision for web and app initiatives.
• Own the end‑to‑end experience lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous optimisation.
• Design AI‑enabled experiences such as personalization, predictive recommendations and conversational interfaces.
• Lead research, journey mapping, usability testing and experimentation to validate outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics (conversion, engagement, revenue, satisfaction) and iterate accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Loyalty, Operations and Brand teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital experience design (UX/UI/Product Design) in large‑scale ecosystems.
• Proven track record delivering complex transactional or service‑based journeys with measurable business impact.
• Strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership from discovery through launch.
• Experience designing data‑driven or AI‑enabled digital experiences.
• Commercial acumen linking design decisions to revenue and efficiency.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
