Valet Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Valet Supervisor will lead the valet team at SLS Dubai, a 5‑star luxury hotel, ensuring seamless vehicle handling and exceptional guest service in line with five‑star standards. This role combines operational oversight with direct guest interaction to maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants during each shift, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Oversee the safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests and handle their requests.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate daily activities with Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming standards, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
• Prepare basic shift reports and incident documentation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of valet or hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
