Van Driver – Medical & Pharmaceutical Logistics (Dubai)

About the role

The role involves safe, timely, and compliant transportation of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and temperature‑sensitive cold‑chain items across Dubai. You will operate a light‑duty van, ensuring deliveries meet DHA and MOH regulations while supporting the HealthHub network.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a light‑duty vehicle to transport medical, pharmaceutical, and cold‑chain products between the central store, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Plan efficient routes to guarantee on‑time deliveries throughout Dubai.
• Oversee loading and unloading, verify item accuracy, and obtain proof of delivery for each trip.
• Conduct pre‑trip inspections (tire pressure, lights, fuel, safety hazards) and report any vehicle damage or incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation: trip sheets, delivery orders, fuel logs, incident reports, and receipts.
• Monitor fuel consumption and keep the vehicle clean and hygienic at all times.
• Comply with RTA regulations, warehouse safety protocols, internal SOPs, and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in medical or healthcare deliveries in Dubai.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience.
• Valid UAE light‑vehicle driving licence.
