Vehicle Acquisition and Pricing Specialist

About the role

Dubizzle is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition and Pricing Specialist to manage the pricing and procurement of used cars for its online marketplace. The role focuses on generating new listings, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets while ensuring competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Price a wide range of vehicles accurately, considering mileage, colour, warranty, engine specifications and condition.
• Negotiate with customers to secure sales with maximum margin and meet profit targets (10% margin).
• Purchase vehicles that meet defined criteria and maintain healthy stock levels (average 30 days in stock).
• Enter vehicle and customer data efficiently using Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new branch sign‑ups and build customer relationships.
• Oversee the representation process from meet‑and‑greet to handover, enhancing the customer experience.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record in vehicle pricing or procurement.
• In‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market and various makes and models.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
