Veterinary Nurse – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join our Dubai clinic. The role involves supporting veterinarians in delivering high-quality care to a variety of animal patients in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
• Collect and label samples such as blood, urine, and tissue for laboratory analysis.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepare animals for surgery, sterilize instruments and maintain a sterile field.
• Monitor patients under treatment and report any changes in condition.
• Provide pet owners with guidance on animal care and nutrition.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Handle and care for animals with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Veterinary Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Veterinary Nurse.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with pet owners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine love for animals and compassionate attitude.
