Veterinary Receptionist – Dubai

About the role

Arabian Paws Veterinary Clinic in Dubai is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused Veterinary Receptionist to join its front‑desk team. You will be the first point of contact for pet owners, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for both clients and their animals.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and their pets in a professional manner.
• Manage appointments, bookings, check‑ins, and check‑outs.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and other client communications.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and other clinic staff.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and keep basic cash/transaction records.
• Explain clinic services, vaccination schedules, grooming, boarding, and other offerings.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatments, vaccinations, and pending payments.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Escalate medical or complex issues to the veterinary team as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Veterinary, Clinic, or Medical Receptionist preferred.
• Experience in a veterinary clinic or pet‑care environment is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinic.
• Comfortable handling dogs, cats, and other pets.
• Available to join immediately is preferred.
