Vice President – Capital Structure Solutions

About the role

Jefferies is expanding its Dubai restructuring team and seeks an experienced Vice President to lead complex capital‑structure advisory work across the Middle East, North Africa and broader EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of restructuring, refinancing, recapitalisation, liability‑management and distressed M&A mandates.
• Develop and review financial models, liquidity analyses, business plans, capital‑structure assessments and valuation materials.
• Prepare client presentations, strategic reviews, board materials and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with corporate clients, financial institutions, sovereign‑related entities, private‑equity sponsors and creditor groups.
• Support Managing Directors in business development, market coverage and origination activities.
• Mentor and manage Analysts and Associates, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience in investment banking, restructuring advisory, leveraged finance or corporate finance.
• Proven transaction experience in restructuring, special situations or debt advisory.
• Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
