Vice President, Cluster PMO – Secure Intelligence Systems

About the role

The Vice President – Cluster PMO leads portfolio governance and strategic delivery across EDGE's Secure Intelligence System Cluster, ensuring alignment with cluster objectives and disciplined execution of major programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the combined portfolio across all Cluster entities, aligning priorities with objectives, capacity and resources.
• Senior oversight of major programmes and initiatives, driving timely resolution of delivery issues, risks and dependencies.
• Set and maintain effective governance and performance management, ensuring visibility, accountability and consistent reporting across entities.
• Deliver consolidated insight to Cluster leadership on portfolio performance, risks, priorities and required interventions to support informed decision‑making.
• Coordinate cross‑entity programmes, strengthen PMO capability, standards and continuous improvement of portfolio discipline and reporting quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project/Programme Management, Strategy or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in programme/portfolio management, PMO or transformation within defence, technology or other highly regulated sectors, including senior leadership in a multi‑entity environment.
• Recognised project or programme management certification such as PMP, MSP, PgMP or equivalent.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA and certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, change management or strategy execution.
