Vice President Database Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Vice President Database Marketing to lead its Database Marketing team as the resort prepares to open in 2027. The role will shape the gaming reinvestment strategy, offer architecture, and data‑driven personalization across all customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the gaming reinvestment strategy, including segmentation logic and offer architectures for hosted and unhosted guests.
• Set reinvestment guidelines using advanced modeling, monitor campaign performance, and align reinvestment with EBITDA targets.
• Oversee predictive‑modeling initiatives such as ADT forecasting, churn, and worth estimation to enable extreme personalization.
• Manage direct‑mail, email, SMS, digital and app‑based campaigns, ensuring quality, compliance and automation within CRM systems.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in CRM, data science, segmentation, and marketing operations while building a culture of analytical rigor.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in database marketing, CRM, analytics or gaming marketing.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L impact and align initiatives to profitability.
• Proven track record of leading data‑science and analytics teams in a high‑end gaming or integrated‑resort environment.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
