Vice President – Digital Workspace

About the role

The Vice President – Digital Workspace will own the technology experience for every Aldar employee, shaping services, devices and workplace technology across all Group locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the digital workspace strategy, covering devices, end‑user software, collaboration tools and workplace technology.
• Own the Group service desk and end‑user support services delivered through outsourced managed services, ensuring high‑quality, responsive support across all locations.
• Manage audio‑visual and meeting‑room technology, providing reliable collaboration experiences and supporting corporate events.
• Oversee the end‑user device and software lifecycle, including standards, provisioning, refresh, patching and retirement, in partnership with Information Security.
• Monitor managed‑services performance against service‑level and experience‑level agreements and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and lead the Digital Workspace team and outsourced partners, fostering talent development and Emiratization objectives.

Required profile

• UAE national with at least 10 years of experience in end‑user services, digital workplace or IT service management within large organisations.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading similar functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong vendor management and ability to drive performance from outsourced services.
• Deep understanding of end‑user device and software lifecycle management at scale.
• Experience establishing employee‑experience metrics alongside traditional service levels.
