Vice President Digital Workspace

About the role

The Vice President Digital Workspace will own the technology experience of every Aldar employee, covering service desk, end‑user support, devices, audio‑visual and meeting‑room technology, and event support across all Group locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the digital workspace strategy, including devices, software, collaboration tools and workplace technology, and establish employee experience measures.
• Own the Group service desk and end‑user support delivered through outsourced managed services, driving first‑contact resolution, self‑service adoption and automation.
• Manage audio‑visual and meeting‑room technology, provide support for corporate events, and plan technology for new offices and refurbishments.
• Oversee end‑user device and software lifecycle, ensuring secure configuration, licensing hygiene and coordination with Information Security and Technology Governance.
• Lead the Digital Workspace team, develop service‑management capability and support Emiratization objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years in end‑user services, digital workplace or IT service management leadership within large organisations.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong vendor‑management skills and a focus on employee experience.
