Vice President, Group Commercial & Technology Enablement

About the role

The Vice President, Group Commercial & Technology Enablement will report to the Senior Vice President, Group Commercial Strategy & Excellence and will steer ADNOC's commercial technology, digital transformation, analytics and ERP strategy. The role ensures that technology investments generate enterprise‑wide value and support long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern commercial systems, processes and technology standards across the ADNOC Group.
• Lead the development and execution of the Group Commercial digital strategy, technology roadmap and transformation agenda.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, business intelligence and data‑driven decision‑making to improve commercial performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in Commercial, Finance and Digital functions to optimise technology investments and business applications.
• Oversee ERP and other business application initiatives to ensure alignment with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of leadership experience in procurement, commercial, supply chain or related functions.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation, ERP and analytics programmes.
• Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience in large, complex multinational organisations, preferably in energy, industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline.
