Vice President – Investment (Real Estate)

About the role

The Vice President – Investment will drive Al Ghurair Giga’s real‑estate investment strategy across the UAE. You will identify, evaluate and secure land acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s long‑term development pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic land acquisition targets and conduct high‑level feasibility assessments.
• Perform macro‑level market research on trends, regulations and competitive dynamics.
• Develop investment strategies and recommendations supported by robust financial and development analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants and government entities.
• Assess zoning, land‑use regulations and master‑plan frameworks to guide development positioning.
• Execute detailed financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and scenario testing for prospective acquisitions.
• Prepare feasibility studies, investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities and manage end‑to‑end transaction processes.
• Maintain databases of land opportunities, market benchmarks and transaction records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Investments or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UAE real‑estate markets, regulatory frameworks and development processes.
• Proven experience in feasibility studies, investment analysis and land‑use analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development, design, planning and finance teams.
