Vice President, Market Intelligence

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Vice President to lead its Market Intelligence function. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Group Commercial & ICV & Industrial Development, you will provide data‑driven insights that shape strategic procurement and business decisions across projects, drilling, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Market Intelligence strategy, roadmap, and capability development.
• Oversee supply market research, data and knowledge management, analytics solutions, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, and Group Companies to influence category strategies.
• Conduct market risk assessments, cost‑optimization studies, pricing intelligence, and supplier insights.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, market intelligence, supply chain, analytics or related areas, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Proven track record in leading market intelligence, category management, cost modelling and strategic sourcing for complex, business‑critical categories.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, financial and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experienced people leader capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
