Vice President, Marketing & Digital (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Marketing & Digital to shape the global brand experience of one of the world’s most iconic luxury hospitality groups. This senior leader will drive both brand storytelling and digital performance across hotels, resorts, residences, F&B, wellness and the corporate website.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global marketing vision, ensuring a consistent luxury brand voice across all touchpoints.
• Lead digital growth initiatives using performance marketing, media intelligence and guest data to boost acquisition, loyalty and long‑term value.
• Own global media investment across paid channels, delivering bold, commercially‑sharp campaigns measured against clear business outcomes.
• Develop integrated, high‑impact campaigns that blend elevated storytelling with local relevance.
• Accelerate direct revenue on Jumeirah.com by enhancing the digital guest journey, personalization, merchandising, promotional planning and site performance.
• Inspire, mentor and expand high‑performing teams across marketing, digital, media and analytics.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leader with deep experience in luxury hospitality, premium travel, lifestyle or high‑end consumer brands.
• Commercially‑minded storyteller who translates brand vision into measurable growth through integrated campaigns, digital acceleration, media strategy and performance marketing.
• Data‑driven professional with strong command of analytics, attribution, media effectiveness and ROI optimisation across multi‑market environments.
• Emotionally intelligent, influential leader capable of building trust and partnering with senior stakeholders across revenue, sales, operations, brand and property teams.
• Proven experience leading large specialist teams and managing significant budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
