Vice President - Wealth

About the role

The Vice President – Wealth will design and execute wealth management strategies focused on real‑estate investments. The role aims to grow the business by forging partnerships with financial institutions and delivering tailored solutions for private investors and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement wealth management strategies aligned with sales objectives and the needs of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and institutional investors interested in real‑estate opportunities.
• Identify new market segments, joint‑venture, build‑to‑suit and land‑sale opportunities for wealthy clients.
• Lead the creation of marketing initiatives and customized presentation materials to attract new clients.
• Provide personalized financial advice, manage investment portfolios and monitor real‑estate investment performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, preferably within a real‑estate or developer environment.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue growth in real‑estate wealth management.
• Strong understanding of UAE real‑estate market, regulatory requirements and compliance.
