Vice Principal – Student Services & Operations

About the role

The Vice Principal – Student Services & Operations leads the conduct, social affairs, and daily operations of the Student Services (STS) department at ADVETI. Reporting to the Principal, the role supports parental liaison, oversees staff and trainee activities, and ensures smooth afternoon/evening programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and validate general conduct and social affairs of STS staff.
• Assist with parental liaison for newly registered students alongside the Senior Student Support Services Coordinator.
• Deputise for the Principal when required and act on authorized duties.
• Act as line manager for officers, facilities, maintenance, and administrative staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate procedures for daily school routines and boarding environment.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, facilities, maintenance, and the STS vehicle fleet.
• Communicate policies and procedures to all campus employees and keep the Principal informed through regular reports.
• Orient and support new staff members and students, fostering a positive school culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience.
• At least 2 years of academic supervisory experience with curriculum implementation.
• Experience in teacher support, curriculum and assessment development planning.
• Degree in Education; M.Ed or M.Sc. preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop policy and strategy.
