Villa Attendant

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Villa Attendant to deliver exceptional housekeeping and guest service for its members and visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and personalised service across luxury villas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and overall standards of assigned villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, kitchens, terraces and outdoor spaces.
• Make beds, change linen, replenish amenities and ensure guest supplies are fully stocked.
• Welcome and assist members, guests and VIPs with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with refreshments, dining setups, room service and light food and beverage preparation when required.
• Prepare villas for arrivals, events, private functions and special occasions, conducting regular checks to ensure readiness.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, repairs, lost property and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, supplies and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, guest relations, concierge, hospitality, maintenance and operations teams.
• Manage villa linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory while following health, safety, hygiene, chemical‑handling and security procedures.

• Professional and discreet demeanor with the ability to interact warmly with members, guests and VIPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to uphold the luxury standards of the Royal Stables brand.
• Ability to follow health, safety, hygiene and security procedures and maintain confidentiality of member and guest information.
