Villa Community Specialist - Resale & Leasing

About the role

A1 Properties is expanding its Secondary Market division and seeks a motivated Villa Community Specialist to drive resale and leasing activities for villas in Dubai’s key communities. This full‑time, commission‑based position focuses on matching high‑net‑worth clients with premium villa options.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and sell or lease villas in Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1‑3, and The Valley.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company’s advanced CRM system.
• Understand client lifestyle needs and provide tailored villa recommendations.
• Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing cycle, including viewings, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Offer expert advice on community amenities, pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and resale value.
• Conduct property valuations and investment consultations.
• Prepare and execute agreements in compliance with RERA and UAE real‑estate regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and contracts within the CRM.
• Build relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors, and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Stay updated on market trends and represent A1 Properties at networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in real‑estate resale or leasing.
• Client‑focused, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s villa communities and market dynamics.
• Ability to comply with RERA and DLD regulations.
