Villa Hostess – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Villa Hostess who is fluent in Russian to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth restaurant reservations, excellent guest relations, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of dining room layout, table setups, capacity, and operating hours.
• Handle telephone calls within three rings, using proper etiquette and salutations.
• Record, confirm, and manage restaurant reservations and cancellations according to departmental standards.
• Pre‑assign tables, monitor special requests, and organize waiting lines during peak periods.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Address guest complaints using instant pacification procedures to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor daily house count, arrivals, departures, and VIP movements.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a hospitality or front‑office role.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Strong telephone etiquette and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach to guest needs.
