About the role

As a VIP Hostess at Nobu, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming impression, managing wait times, guiding guests to their tables and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide information on wait times.
• Monitor and manage the waiting list efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating flow.
• Maintain a courteous farewell as guests leave.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold high standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• International exposure in a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work positively in a fast‑paced team setting.
