VIP Institutional Growth & Operations Internship

About the role

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship for early-career talent in the digital assets space. This internship sits in the VIP Institutional Growth & Operations team, supporting the growth, activation and day-to-day operations of institutional and VIP client products. It is a high-exposure role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how an institutional product grows and operates end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high-potential institutional, broker and VIP prospects to support client acquisition and business growth.
• Drive growth initiatives by supporting prospect pipeline development, account expansion plans and reactivation of dormant high-value accounts.
• Coordinate client proposals, POCs, incentive structures and follow-ups to support client engagement and activation.
• Monitor client activity and program performance through daily and weekly reports on trading volume, client concentration, activation and growth metrics.
• Analyse data from internal data warehouses and BI tools, validate reporting accuracy and flag anomalies or trends.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Middle Office and Support teams to streamline onboarding, resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation and playbooks, identify manual workflows and recommend automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Current university students or recent graduates.
• 0-2 years of experience (internships count) in operations, business/commercial analytics, product ops, growth or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds and structured criteria.
• Clear written communication and ability to summarise data and decisions for stakeholders.
• Highly organised, able to manage recurring deadlines and batch processes.
• Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned schedule (remote).

Required skills

• Working proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Nice to have: familiarity with crypto/exchange/fintech products and VIP or institutional client programs, understanding of spot/futures trading mechanics, exposure to BI tools and data warehouses.
