VIP & Institutional Sales - MENA

About the role

Binance VIP and Institutional offers digital asset solutions to VIP clients and institutions, working with high-frequency and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, investment banks and others. This role is remote, within a global team that covers all parts of the world, with travel to bespoke events to attract clients.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional and VIP clients)
• Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules and track the status of key customers
• Analyse user behaviour, identify hidden needs, write customer analysis reports and communicate across departments to deliver optimal service and product feedback

Required profile

• 3-10 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales or similar
• Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with a clear sales KPI
• Experience working with regional sales teams and attending and hosting events to acquire new customers
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks
• Fluency in English and Arabic to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Industry experience is an advantage; passion for crypto is encouraged

Required skills

• Familiarity with using a CRM tool
• Strong communication, relationship maintenance and sales skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
