VIP Relationship Manager

About the role

OKX is looking for a VIP Relationship Manager to drive growth in the MENA region by acquiring new high‑value clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will shape and execute the regional VIP strategy while collaborating with product, growth and business intelligence teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard prospective VIP clients across the MENA region.
• Build and strengthen relationships through strategic outreach, profiling and understanding of trading needs.
• Develop a pipeline of high‑value prospects using market intelligence, networks, referrals and events.
• Guide clients through OKX’s product suite, VIP structure and onboarding journey.
• Drive revenue growth by converting opportunities and expanding engagement with existing accounts.
• Collaborate with growth, product and BI stakeholders to optimise the client lifecycle.
• Contribute to regional growth strategies and participate in marketing activities and industry events.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, VIP sales or client services within cryptocurrency, finance, FX or related fields.
• Proven track record of acquiring and growing VIP or high‑value client portfolios.
• Strong relationship‑building, prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach to pipeline development and portfolio growth.
• Established network within the MENA trading, investment or digital‑asset ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across MENA and other regions as required.
