Virtual Sales Account Executive (Arabic Speaker – MEA)

About the role

The Virtual Sales Account Executive will sell Cisco’s Splunk solutions to customers across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on Arabic‑speaking markets. This individual will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating closely with field sales and partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create pipeline for the assigned territory using demand‑generation and prospecting tools.
• Identify and develop new opportunities, quickly building rapport with clients and partners.
• Work closely with Splunk partners to generate joint opportunities on shared accounts.
• Own the complete sales cycle – discovery, presentation, negotiation, and close of deals.
• Research and present business intelligence about customers and prospects.
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold calling.
• Travel occasionally for training and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling enterprise IT solutions (BI, data analytics, security software, risk‑management or networking performance).
• Proven track record of achieving quota and generating pipeline.
• Strong discovery, objection‑handling and full‑cycle sales conversation skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive and results‑driven with a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of security software, risk‑management software, or networking performance products.
• Ability to analyze business data and craft compelling, actionable narratives.
