Visa Consultant – In‑Store Customer Advisor

About the role

As the face of Atlys in our Dubai retail store, you will welcome walk‑in travelers, explain their visa options and guide them through the application process on the spot, delivering a seamless in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with visa applications on‑site, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Engage walk‑in customers, understand their travel and visa needs.
• Educate travelers on visa requirements, timelines, pricing and Atlys’ value proposition.
• Resolve customer queries with empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Follow up with customers to keep them updated on application status.
• Maintain a presentable, organized store aligned with Atlys’ brand standards.
• Stay current on visa regulations, travel policies and product updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve the in‑store experience and share feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a customer‑facing or front‑desk role; visa processing or travel agency experience preferred.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil highly preferred.
• High ownership, patience and professionalism in every interaction.
• Ability to simplify complex visa processes for first‑time applicants.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude for on‑the‑spot issues.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (6 days/week, 9‑hour shifts).
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and submissions.
• Professional appearance suitable for a premium retail environment.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems.
• Experience with digital visa application platforms.
• Familiarity with support tools for efficiency.
