Visa Consultant – In‑Store Travel Services

About the role

As a Visa Consultant at Atlys' Dubai retail store, you will be the front‑line representative welcoming walk‑in travelers, explaining visa options and guiding them through the application process on the spot. The role blends sales expertise with hands‑on visa support to create a seamless in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with on‑site visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Welcome walk‑in travelers, understand their travel needs, and provide tailored visa guidance.
• Educate travelers on visa requirements, timelines, pricing and Atlys’ value proposition.
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism, and follow up on application status.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and organization in line with Atlys brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing or front‑desk role, preferably in visa processing, travel agencies or immigration consultancies.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and interpersonal skills; Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil a plus.
• High ownership, patience and professionalism with a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to simplify complex visa processes and solve on‑the‑spot issues.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (6 days/week, 9‑hour shifts).

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems and digital application platforms.
• Attention to detail when reviewing travel documents and application data.
