Visa Coordinator

About the role

Hult International Business School’s Dubai campus is looking for an experienced Visa Coordinator to manage the UAE student visa lifecycle. The role supports new and current students across all programmes, ensuring compliance and a smooth visa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with students, government authorities, and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Independently manage the full UAE student visa process – applications, renewals, amendments, transfers and cancellations – in line with regulations and Hult policies.
• Provide timely, student‑focused support, answering visa inquiries and guiding students through each stage.
• Coordinate rotation visas for students moving to Dubai and oversee the Rotation Visa Portal.
• Monitor visa cases proactively, maintaining regular contact to ensure documentation is submitted on time.
• Maintain accurate visa and compliance records across Hult systems and support reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing UAE student visas within a higher‑education environment.
• Strong knowledge of the full UAE visa lifecycle and current regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data filtering, reporting, pivot tables).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
