Visa Services Consultant

About the role

dnata is a global air and travel services provider seeking a Visa Services Consultant to deliver accurate and courteous visa support across multiple channels. The role ensures timely, compliant processing of visa applications and maintains documentation standards in line with UAE immigration requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support across walk‑in, digital, and B2B channels, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards.
• Screen, enter, and submit visa applications through UAE immigration systems, guaranteeing completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
• Prepare visa‑related documents (e.g., NOC, sponsorship letters) and maintain accurate digital and physical records for audit compliance.
• Process payments for visa services, prepare daily revenue summaries, and coordinate refunds for rejected applications.
• Liaise with customers and external authorities to resolve queries, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Assist employees and their families with visa processing, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and UAE immigration criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent high school certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in travel, government services, or visa processing.
• Diploma in a travel‑related discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with visa processing platforms and relevant government portals (preferred).
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing and processing documentation.
• Ability to provide efficient and responsive customer service.
