About the role

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services within the store environment. This role also trains and coaches the store team on visual presentation standards and manages daily, weekly and seasonal visual merchandising tasks.

Key responsibilities

Create eye‑catching window and in‑store displays that align with brand identity and commercial sales opportunities.
Implement brand‑specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store layouts according to brand guidelines.
Develop floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and optimise visual impact.
Use creative lighting and photography to document display changes.
Re‑merchandise the store to highlight new lines and emerging trends.
Collaborate with operations, brand management and sales teams to drive sales and achieve commercial goals.
Participate in store pre‑opening activities to ensure brand standards are correctly applied.
Research market trends and lifestyle insights to keep visual concepts current.
