VP Credit - Digitization and AI Portfolio Management

About the role

This is a senior VP role within the Personal Banking Credit unit, covering end-to-end strategic coordination of the unit's digital and AI initiatives. It bridges high-level strategy and technical execution so that AI and digital transformation investments deliver measurable commercial value, while driving a cultural shift toward digitization and AI across all functions and supporting the bank's goal of digitizing lending capabilities from a credit perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Align with the digitization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit and plan a roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by impact, risk-benefit and available resources.
• Partner with business teams to promote the digitization agenda through projects such as PL digitization.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of initiatives, from ideation and project planning to implementation.
• Support other credit segments in their digitization agenda and initiatives.
• Help AI initiatives highlight portfolio risks and opportunities for business growth, and work with risk teams on advanced AI-driven lending models.
• Participate in working groups and update the unit head on progress, risks and inputs for steering committee meetings.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, with recent hands-on experience developing digitization and AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and digitization technologies, data science and business process transformation.
• Ability to work effectively in teams across all organizational levels, mentoring and developing team members.
