About the role
We are supporting a fast‑growing ecommerce brand that has scaled from zero to $400 m in three years and is now expanding internationally. The VP, Growth Content & Creator Commerce will lead the creation of a content and creator commerce engine to drive customer acquisition across multiple brands.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the Growth Content & Creator Commerce engine that powers customer acquisition.
- Scale the engine across a multi‑brand portfolio to support international expansion.
Required profile
- Combines commercial rigour with strong creative instincts and deep understanding of digital consumers.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments where ambiguity, pace and change are constants.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to align creative and commercial objectives.
- Low ego, high EQ leader who brings energy, curiosity and a collaborative approach while maintaining accountability for results.
