VP Head of Marketing & Communication – Asset Management

About the role

The VP Head of Marketing and Communication will own the FAB Asset Management brand across all entities, shaping its visual identity, tone of voice and client‑facing materials. The role reports to senior leadership and works closely with investment, operations and back‑office teams to deliver a multi‑year marketing and communication plan.

Key responsibilities

• Act as custodian of the FAB AM brand charter, visual identity, templates and tone of voice across all client and market touchpoints.
• Define and execute an annual and multi‑year marketing and communication plan aligned with commercial strategy, including digital, media, thought leadership, events and internal communication.
• Design and govern the full client‑facing document suite – presentations, pitchbooks, factsheets, brochures and reporting – ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Own the digital presence (website, LinkedIn, social channels), media relations, events, sponsorships and the marketing budget, managing agencies and vendors.
• Ensure all materials comply with ADGM, CMA and Group brand and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within asset management, wealth management or regulated financial services.
• Proven brand leadership experience, including development of brand identity systems and multi‑channel application.
• Strong ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compliant client‑facing content.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance or related field; postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
