VP of International Banking

About the role

Reward, part of the Rezolve Ai Group, is seeking a VP of International Banking to shape the future of banking, commerce and customer engagement on a global scale. This high‑impact leadership role will own the international banking agenda, drive strategy, revenue and build C‑suite relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Reward's international banking strategy aligned with broader commercial ambitions.
• Lead growth of the international banking portfolio, expanding existing partnerships and entering new markets.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with C‑suite and senior banking stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams across banking, loyalty, payments, commerce media and customer engagement.
• Own commercial performance and P&L for the international banking business, including revenue forecasting and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience within banking, financial services, fintech or related B2B technology environments.
• Proven track record of growing complex, high‑value international client relationships.
• Strong P&L, revenue and commercial management experience across multiple markets.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing, geographically diverse teams.
